The hvls industrial ceiling fan is equiped with the BLDC permament magnet synchronous motor and Aviation aluminum alloy blades .
Without the Hall, carbon brush, big torque, ac drive motor FOC algorithm, this type of motor adopts unique design making the torque ripple is almost zero, so that the motor in quite state during operation .
1. PMSM adopts unique electromagnetic structure design and modular automatic production line process.
2. The internal coil circuit adopts the module splicing scheme design and the automated winding, splicing and welding process.
3. Optimize the electromagnetic circuit design so that the cogging torque ripple is 0. The motor operation speed fluctuation is plus or minus 1 rpm, making the motor operates more smoothly and reliably. It also has extremely high control accuracy. The torque curve is smoother.
4. The unique heat dissipation structure design enables the motor surface temperature rise ≤55°C (including ambient room temperature) during long-term full-load operation.
